Panaudicon was a studio project that aimed at mitigating sound through the fabrication of a ceiling installation. The integration of lighting created some exceptional effects and the design was then commissioned by the City of Calgary to be a light installation as a part of Chinook Blast in 2021. 14 units were made and displayed along Stephen Avenue.
The process utilized cutting edge technologies including 3D modelling, 3D printing using recycled plastic, and Robotic fabrication.
